All Welcome
She stood in ruin. Blue eyes stared with a gentle understanding, but mirth didnt color her maw. Not this time. Her humor was gone for the moment.

A twitch of an ear a stuttered sigh. What to do now?

Moonspear was gone, forneskja was gone.

What to do what to do?

ezra lingers still without really knowing why. out of habit, perhaps. but the leadership had long gone — again — and there was nothing left. nothing but an empty territory that would slowly be reclaimed by vagabonds. fellow vagabonds, he reminds himself. he is, once again, one of them. though, in truth, his upset with solharr that he hadn't been able to get over, should have made him leave months ago.

promises offered. promises broken.

a low snort leaves the stoneson's nostrils.

he turns and starts to walk, making to leave the quarry behind for good only to pause as the sight of another pauses his steps. a low chuff is offered to garner her attention.

'cause dead men don't talk
buried under that hideaway
lone star brand i′m
burning it on my chest

He had been among the forest too. She had seen him as she flirted and fluttered through the tall trees. But she had never spoken. That was perhaps an unkindness.

Blue eyes meet his for the briefest of moments. Golden eyes that matched his bright pelt. A dip of her head.

I'd say good dau, but nothing good about today. I'm sorry I haven't spoken to you before. She drew herself up

the last part tossed out with airy quality. Someone trying to lighten the mood but possibly failing. But this sadness wasn't a good thing and she never did like it.
