Blackfeather Woods justice above us

The morning was upon them, although it was hardly noticeable in the woods shrouded by darkness and morning fog. Jakoul did not require the morning light to know where she was going though and it seemed her new goshawk companion was content to swoop along. Eventually the odd pair would make their way to the Merei's den. The smell of the small family was thick in the air and on the ground. A deep chuff escaped her to announce her presence. Hopefully the mother was within the family den, or at least in the area.
