Kane was hardly offended in the least. More or less, he'd rather forget about Moonspear and move forward since there was no point in dwelling in the past. Plus he had too little of a connection with the pack to even care enough about the impressions that others had of them. Kane didn't have enough ties with the pack to begin with to restart something he didn't want to be a part of. 

Enough with the mental tangents. Kane nodded to Maia and smiled. "I can walk and talk." he mused. "I imagine I would. There's not a lot I don't like." Kane stood just to her right and waited for her to lead the way.
