She recognized the newcomer by her scent, and the soft feeling of her fur. She was welcomed almost as much as mother was- the only thing she lacked was the ability to produce milk for the pups. But she was warm and had a gentle touch, and was enjoyed nevertheless. 

Suzu wriggled closer, so she could snuggle into her aunt’s fur but found herself coming nose-to-nose with her instead. She uttered a confused, amused burble.
