Sadey had woken with a start a few days ago, when a howl had rang out upon them. It was with a shake of her head and a lowered gaze that she realized Ole Briggs had left her behind. She hadn't needed him to take her, but it would have been nice he told her in person, but that was just the type of person the ole bastard was. Crotchety, rude, ignorant. Yea she was beginning to remember why she disliked him so. There could be loyalty between the two, but not that much.
