Sadey shifted and moved into the light. She had stayed away from Briggs, from Lonesome, and Reno. Preferring as always to heal a little on her own. Her fur was still ripped up, and her rib still smarted, she didn't think that would ever change. Those big bastards had done something to her innards.

The skin would grow back wrinkled and bare, no fur. She knew it. It had been too deep, too scarring. She was no longer a pristine little thing, not that it mattered. She always knew there would come a day when her good looks would end or she'd die, one of the two.

Valid points, but we do need to get away from this festering swamp. Doesn't do good for wounds.
