Julius was a light sleeper during this young age. The slightest movement of his constantly squirming siblings woke him up. The small movement of Relonikiv had awakened him this time around. With a small yawn, his mouth parted. All he had done was eat and sleep in the few days he had been in this world. As sleep was gone, that meant it was time to eat. Except, he was not hungry for once.

Without the slightest idea with what to do, he sat there idly until something new happened. A new scent showed itself. So far, scents had been things of comfort that made him happy. Now, this new scent was not a good a thing. Julius whined in protest at the offending smell. He squirmed closer into the big furry milk-giver, as if it would somehow protect him.
