things are weird. he's glad that he and brienne were able to - if not get back on the same page, at least be open with each other. she really was his first friend here, when he was too love-struck to think about speaking openly to morwinyon, and although he's still mad at himself for jumping to the worst conclusion and a little worried about how this drama will affect them all... it's good to have her back. 

but its undeniably weird to have the dynamic so changed around. mato and bri on the outs, him still trying to take ownership of his new rank, the influx of new members who weren't around for the founding. he wishes there was a way he could preserve the founding stories - the ones  he'd managed to get, anyway, he thinks guiltily - so he could just hand them off to everyone who joins. he's a little maniacal about pack history.

the weather's decent as he moves through the forest, thinking absently about mato and bri and he until he catches sight of sunflower bathing in rare sunlight. she was at the hunt but aside from that delight hasn't seen the quirky woman much. hm. he pads over to her, taking a seat so that his shadow blocks out her sun, and leaves over slightly. "'sup?"
