He returned her playful frown when she stated that she was the favorite, about to make a comment about how he was pretty sure their favorite was Alessia since she was the meal factory, but then she was laughing and he was distracted. He watched her tilt her head back, not even remembering the deer were there until he heard their hooves on the ground as they were startled away by the sound of her laughter. He was glad to hear the sound from her, especially after how tense things were between them when she first came to creek; he didn't even care that deer had been spooked away.
