His revelation was enough to draw her gaze from the ground, her expression holding a mixture of confusion and need. Her heart was racing inside her chest, and for a few moments, she couldn't respond, completely frozen with indecision. She wanted him too, but she knew she shouldn't. It was just hard to really care about what she shouldnt do right now. Then, her precarious hold on her control finally broke, and her body moved as if acting outside of her conscious control. She was back against him, pressing herself into his chest and boldy reaching up to offer a nibble to his chin. Guilt resurfaced then, but only long enough for her to murmur a breathless: We shouldn't. She didn't move away, though, unable to rein herself in enough now to part from his warmth. The guilt was quickly forgotten, overpowered by her much stronger desire for Charon. Any hope of stopping anything was gone, at least on Speedy's side of things; she had finally surrendered to her body's urges, and she was too far gone now to pull herself back.
