For a moment she felt critical of the boy who was so formal in greeting his own family. And her heart, sore with the empathy for Greyback. The man who was worried sick about his missing son- perhaps it was the maternal instinct developing in her, to understand the feelings of a parent without giving birth yet. And already she had begun to notice the slight curvature of her sides, but would not think about it just yet... for now she quietly watched the scene unfold, hovering awkwardly at the side like a forgotten ragdoll, expression slightly shocked.
