Strange sounds came from the great school of fish. The sounds carried surprisingly far, perhaps due to some sound trickery of the rocks surrounding the coastline. The pair watched the animals as they appeared to dance in the waves, breaching and singing like a marine circus. As Luna sat beside him, he felt strangely at peace. A sea breeze ruffled the fur on his neck, and he shifted a bit in response.
It was as if they were, at just that moment, on another planet. A phantasmagoric setting such as this could not exist in his dark universe.

There was so much they couldn't know about the water. Did it stretch on forever? Or was there another side to it just like lakes? How deep did it go? What was at the bottom?
