Her psyche was more willing to move than her body was. Which anyone knew that your mind could be stronger than your own body when it came to motivation, but her mind was also foggy even though it had a notion of strong will to continue on. Everything about her paws and legs felt heavy, rooting down in place. A frustrated sigh was given, knowing this was a test of patience. The body’s ancient wisdom and functionality were wise but took its time in processing anything that was an intruder to it. The only issue was becoming a frozen figure of what she once was in the middle of the night.

Without as much as any murmur, a lanky shadow slinked from the frozen shadows. His movement was seamless as much as it was tranquil. The sudden appearance of the hellhound gave her a jolt, catching her off guard, and it was enough to get her to finally move. She backed up some, for the first time her paws quite ungraceful as she then anchored right back down into place. Even the startle wasn’t enough to keep her standing at the moment.

His devil-horned like ears were narrowed down, but his blood-red gaze reminded her of the coyote’s unusual violet gaze. It still made her uneasy. ”Hemlocke.” Zsuzsa breathed, squinting her eyes to gain focus. She knew he had natural red eyes but tried to blink that color away as if it was all a part of the illusion. ”You're not the coyote.” Zsuzsa said this as reassurance to herself, which probably sounded strange. As she said this she wobbled while sitting, dropping her tongue out in a long pant. Her eyes were wide now, a deer in headlights, a look that was almost like she was scared straight of Hemlocke.
