She could see Vex becoming protective of her, should she ever get a suitor, but would he attack someone she liked just for some strange principle? "I love my brother but if Vex attacked a boy I liked, I'd chomp his balls," she decided aloud, wondering what Njord's girlfriend had done in this situation. "Especially if he didn't do anything to deserve it," she added, doubtful that Njord had made a misstep but sure Merlin would fill her in.
