jorunn was not so blind as to not catch a fiery ember in the corner of her eye.

a stark cutting figure against the cold waters. bristled as if she was the points of the sun. jorunn could feel the heat from her.

this woman is young though. young enough to perhaps be on of erzulie's (or rosalyn's) countless children of the sea.

and so despite the cutting sensations of fired nerves underneath her skin, she sought to show kind respect. tail kept tight against her as hunched her frame some.
