Dragoncrest Cliffs bap the bat

cold was right, but it didn't seem effective enough.  very code, he supplied, his one eye glued shut.  it wasn't like mama's milk, and it wasn't like any of the water puddles they had access to.  

as the water began to pour down he copied his sister, although fortunately his small, teddybearish rounded ears did not collect water like hers.  after wildfire had relocated them to the logden, he turned wide-eyed to look at his sister, tilting her head the same way she did even though he had no reason to.  why for?
