Phex was tired and achy. She was tired. She'd just slept like all night! She groaned, stretching out next to her Mate. Tired, yet she'd just woken up. Well, this was new. 
She turned, gently nuzzling Laroche's fur behind his ear, preening him. She shuffled closer only for a stab of pain to run up her side, causing her lower end to jerk forward. At least she didn't cry out into his ear, that'd probably worry him. She knew these pains were normal but still, it was annoying.

But she was pregnant!
She lay her head across her Mate, nestling back down. She was happy. Her leg was mostly fine, it had a little infection but Gwen had said it'd clear up with the right treatment. She was in safe hands. 
Being home had settled her, she felt better. She walked with a bit of a limp but it would probably fade as it healed. At least a little. She hadn't tried running yet, but it'd come. One day. 
But here and now, all she wanted to do was sleep with her mate on the fox pelt he'd gifted her, and off to the side was the tooth she'd gifted him.
Her tail stirred, thinking about all the happiness he brought her and would continue to do so.
