All Welcome
Backdated to the 4/2
Sorin had been traversing the forests of the vale for the past few days, searching for a densite. Since he was going to be staying, helping Liri with the creation of the pack, the shadow figured it would only be appropriate to have some sort of permanent den set up. While he could've tried to find something out in the open, the dark male was partial to the dark and cool shadows that the trees provided.

He had finally found a suitable tree in which to dig his den out, and had begun work almost immediately. The roots of the old pine were partially exposed above the ground, so getting in underneath wouldn't be a terribly difficult affair. His front paws tore at the earth as he carved out a hole underneath the thicker roots, dirt flying behind him. Some of the dirt flew into his face, and Sorin occasionally had to close his eyes against the grit of soil, but he paid it little mind.

As he continued his work, Sorin briefly thought about the newcomers that had been arriving in the Vale recently. He figured it would be best to go meet them soon, especially if this pack became totally official. For now though, he had work to do, so he continued on with his task. Perhaps one of the newcomers would stray across his work.

Ruenna had resolved not to waste any time in seeking out her new packmates. The situation she left behind in Diaspora still gave her a twisty feeling in the pit of her stomach, but perhaps that would subside once she got to know the wolves for whom she had stood up to her former General.

The sporadic eruptions of dirt made it obvious that one such packmate was hard at work. Rue approached with a cheerful woof and a wave of her tail. "Hi there. Name's Ruenna Redfern. Want some help?" Perhaps Liri had told the others of her arrival, or perhaps not. Either way, the ivory leader's scent lingering upon Rue's pelt would make it clear that she was pledged to Nauthiz Vale.

Sorry for the wait.
Sorin turned as the sound of another approaching reached him. He pulled his head away from the task of digging just as the stranger issued her greeting. Although, it seemed she would be a packmate of his, judging by Liri's scent on her fur.

"Nice to meet you Ruenna," he said, shaking his body to try and clear away some of the dust and dirt. Not wanting to make a bad impression, he tried his best to not get any on her. "Sorry, had to get some of it out," he said with a wry grin. The shadow nodded at her offer to help, moving over so as to give her space to work beside him. "Name's Sorin," he said briefly, before attacking the earth once more.
