His eyes moved to look from her to the skies, dripping with hues that he couldn't exactly describe. She was right though. Pretty. It was a valid description. Had he more brain he might have uttered words that agreed with her or added onto the point. All he could offer was a gentle nod, though.

It's nice...here. He blinked slowly as he glanced around. He could not speak for the whole coast, memories shrouded in a fog he did not have the energy or power to break through. But here...it was so lovely. He had a companion though that made this place livable. She cared for him, shielded him from the elements.

And if he closed his eyes he could almost see — oh. She said something, hadn't she?

Mhmm. He hummed softly as his gaze tried to focus on her earthy form, tether himself to this place instead of his thoughts. Sort of. The male corrected himself as he broke his own tether to look around once more. I know someone...she's around somewhere.
