Emberwood I use to want to save the world

After her last chat with Ibis, Reiko had been preoccupied. A sharp stone at her feet, standing up on her hind legs, she dug her claws into the trunk one last time before leaning back, pushing against the trunk with her toes. Tilting her head, she tried to make sense of what she was doing. It was primitive looking and childlike, but she had yet to see such a thing in her travels - a little flower-like carving in the trunk of a tree. Simple with four petals and nothing more. 

For a moment while she tried to figure out the best method in carving these things around Emberwood and the neighboring lands, she found herself once more. That childlike wonder, the glee and excitement on doing something rather than fearing the world around her. Hmm... Tilting her head to the other side, she gazed into the carving for a little while longer.

It wasn't until she stepped down and took a look at it with a step back, at the angle it was meant to be seen  (lower) and with some distance. To this, she smiled. Pleased with her work. Perhaps a few more and I will show Ibis. Maybe this will make the young leader smile.

Snow was fast approaching and she spent her days gather herbs and pelts to line her den for warmth when the weather gets worse. Sativa also got herself aquatinted with the territory.

During her walk today she saw a familiar face and with her tail swaying carelessly behind her the Snow White female came up to her companion with a smile. "Hey! Whatcha doing?"

Trying to... surprise Ibis with something. She says while only letting her peripherals alert her of the figure that was coming. Sativa, she trusted the young girl enough by now that she didn't need to feel the need to be guarded in her presence. Instead, she allowed her tail to sway in a welcoming motion. What does that look like to you? She pointed to her carving on the tree with her nose, not giving any details verbally as she wanted to hear exactly what was the first thing that popped into Sativa's head when she sees it.

She listened to her friend and she said she was making a gift it made her smile and look at the tree then at her once more. "That's nice." She walked closer to get a better look. "Looks like a flower right?"

It's supposed to - can you see it? She grew excited at the thought, perhaps it was obvious enough to get her message across, maybe they will get better with practice and near the end, they would be the spitting image of a blossom. Truly? With a tilt of her head she continued to eye the marking, to her at least, it passed - but if Sativa could see it too without question, then all the better! Maybe Ibis would too, Okeanos as well, the intended target of her little antic.

She smiled at the image then looked back at her friend and gave a simply nod. "I can see that it is a flower yeah, maybe just add a bit more detail if possible then it'll be perfect but in the end I'm sure ibis will love!" She wagged her tail behind her.
