Northstar Vale Somebody With Too Much to Lose

It would become quite apparent, very quickly, that the two were good at sharing knowledge with one another. At first impression Collision would make the observation that Tobias was a level headed man that was probably very easy-going. Was there a dark side? There were to most. That was always much more personal and the colorful gentleman would dismiss interest in knowing that side of Tobias. He liked what he saw so far and that was that. 

 "The Ranks are foreign to me," There were a lot of names accompanied with a bit of confusion in his mind. He didn't necessarily mind a rank, but he knew it weren't necessary that he utilized one to be useful. Tobias seemed to be a little confused about the ranks himself.
