Dated April 24th, 2021. Evening. For @Rye

The following day had been one of rest for Tzila. Or, it should have been. After her enchanting dance with the scarred Tundrian, who still clung to every corner of her mind, the shadow Queen sough refuge. A quiet place to retire and gain back her spent energy. But her body wasn't having it. It had other ideas.

Much to her annoyance, the fluttering tingle under her tail and the prickle beneath her skin was still there. Just as rampant as before. She was still twitchy. Far too excitable, even though she craved rest. She had retreated to one of her favorite haunts of the Glacier. The Caverns. Their slightly cooler interior was a welcome breath of air against her body. The rush of the waterfall a soothing lullaby that eased the senses.

Curled on the stone floor atop some recently harvested pelts (including her acquired fox skin), she grunted. Brows pinched, she shuffled. Twisted, turned. Re-positioned this way and that in a futile attempt to get comfortable. It was no use. That damn itch kept her awake. The primal desire still alive and well. Huffing, she abandoned all efforts to rest and instead got up to make towards the waterfall. Hopeful that some of the misty spray would be a satisfactory distraction. All while not considering that outside, she had left a fresh trail to her location, like a beacon.

Primal instinct ruled with an iron fist, its absolute rein commanding those below it to listen and obey, and Rye was listening. He could feel the rough, unrestrained shift in directive as he inhaled the air around him. The scent beckoned him to follow, luring him in with unspoken promises, it grew thicker and stronger as he closed in on the bewitchment. Into the cavern he slid, his eyes catching Tzila by the waterfall delighting in its sprits of water. A long, guttural exhale announced his arrival, if she did not already know, and though he breathed out her scent clung to his nose, further enchanting Rye. "Tzila." He breathed out, slowly approaching her with fierce interest etched into his eyes. He didn't hide his intent, his nose wondered where it was allowed and his gaze occasionally locked onto the females features. This was not his first female in heat experience, he knew what gripped her and he was there to sate all her needs.

The cooling misty spray of the waterfall did its job, flinging water droplets onto the fine outer hairs of her coat. To it they clung like dozens of miniature crystals, enhancing her already irresistible appeal to any male onlooker. But the effect of the spray ended there. Even with the spray and colder air enveloping her, the warmth under her skin was just as intense as ever. Quivering with a frustrated grumble towards the ache under her tail, she seriously considered stepping into the pool beneath just to quell the hotness. Heck, even dragging her bottom over the floor of the glacier outside seemed a viable option at this point.

Behind her, a noise. Guttural and deep, laced with drunken desire and promise. She knew it well. Not the rasping tenor of Wintersbane, who captured her so. But the smooth voice of Rye, distinct in it's own way. She whirled around, silver eyes widened in surprise at his sudden arrival. "Rye..." She returned, moving a single step closer. His intent...his want was clear.

With his emergence before her came the perfect solution to her problems. He could take care of her need, here and now, tonight. Tzila may have already coupled with Wintersbane earlier, but her heat cycle had not yet ended. There was more that her body wanted. As she swept towards the agouti male, circling him loosely on light paws, she thought not of her previous year. Of how she had been so blind and unsure. With only Astaroth. Oh how things had changed now. This time, she knew what she wanted. She was gifted with the un-divided attention of not one, but two suitors. She was committed to neither, but had genuine feelings for both. Letting her carefully placed walls down, she brushed by his side. Letting him get a sample of her build and curves, before slipping away, just out of reach with a flickering tease of her tail.

Welcome to write for the both of them (if needed) and kinda skrrt around everything!

His eyes never lost sight of what he wanted, what he needed. A well earned distraction that encompassed his night til far into mornings first light. Had he not endured enough to at the very least deserve one night that was enjoyable? He was confident it was owed, it just so happened to reveal itself in the form of his companion and she appeared more than willing to indulge. A muffled needful growl rumbled in his chest as she brushed by his side, he leaned into her brush but was left compensating for displaced weight as she slipped away. Rye didn't dare let her venture too far. He promptly swept beside her, playful love bites being placed at the side of her neck and under her jaw, if allowed. The dam that held his composure was beginning to break, deep cracks surfaced as the seconds held for far too long, at least in the impatient males eyes. Rye wondered close to her hind quarters, his eyes glanced back to her, asking for permission.

She allowed him close. Tipped her head to the side in just the right way so she could receive his affections, which stirred miniature flames beneath her skin. She rumbled pleasantly in response, sensing him drawing near, behind her. He was impatient, but she wouldn't make him work for his prize too much longer.

Glancing back towards Rye, eyes flashing with a needy glint, she took a single step away. Whirling around to place the weight of her upper half briefly over his sturdy shoulders, she was gone in a split second. Darting towards the deeper pathways of the caves interior. Tail wagging, spreading her scent. Inviting him to give chase and capture her himself.

She was enticing, riveting, downright mesmerizing as she teased him with simple actions. Tzila was making him work for his distraction, he was eager to play along yet subtly frustrated at the pace but the pining ebbed all his impatience. The look in her eyes sent fire throughout his body, smoldering just under his skin and intensifying with every touch. She had him in her palm and she knew how to play to her strengths, Tzila moved deeper into the system of caves and Rye swiftly followed, immensely enjoying the chase. He leapt through the twists and turns of the tunnels until a larger cave gave him an opportunity to swoop in front of her and try to prevent her from escaping further. This time he was going to make sure she wasn't going to leave his side. He earned his prize, it was time to let the night slip away from them.

Fade to black--
