Before heading back up the slopes of the caldera, he quenched his thirst with a few sips of clean, crisp water.

As he drank, he ran over the information in his mind: Tytonidae was safe, she was living at the Sunspire with Summer, she wasn't getting along with her sisters, Peregrine was welcome to visit. When he was sure that he wouldn't forget anything, he made his way back home, intending to talk to Peregrine within the next few days.
