All Welcome
The inner-workings of Soto's band was still largely a mystery to the mountain boy, but he understood one thing for sure. No longer did they frequent the basin, but a rocky pass instead, much to Emilio's approval. Here, the terrain was much like he was used to.

Picking his way carefully over pale stone and shale, he cocked his leg to mark a rather stunted looking bush as his nose lifted to scent the air. Rabbit, deer; and wolves he was yet to meet. Slinking low, he began to follow a trail of one such unknown.
I use this website to translate Emilio's speech

Safiya picked her way through over croppings and sand. Paws roughened from her days as Mazoi how ever short they were. She scoffed to herself. There had been a time, she had been great and yet here she was. Scarred and somewhat bitter. In a pack she hated. A pack who had been very possibly the reason for the demise of her own two packs. But then again. Who was she to say that this wasn't all set into motion by her choices after all. She had made friends with a devil and look what it had caused. She sniffed at the ground.

Despite that she didn't meet those around her with kindness anymore. Despite that she was bitter and wild and a little bit depressed. She did her duty and she did it well. She squatted nearby to leave her own mark on a pack that if the former members came back, she'd kill em all.

Scarred head lifted and she turned her one eyed gaze towards the sky. The other forever empty. At least the skin had grown over it now. It didn't look so horrendous. Just empty and devoid of life. She had pretty eyes once upon a time.
