As one mere wolf, the symbol of her strength paled. She always felt the spur of possessiveness when she unexpectedly encountered another in a place she liked to use, but always had to bite back the reactions that may follow. Her existence, purposeless outside of survival, didn't necessarily entitle her to much and the nature of the very beast meant she could lay no formal claims to nature's lands.
