She nodded slowly as understanding pieced itself together. Silvertip was a familiar landmark, albeit not a pack. She'd remember that, though, and tied the name Fitz to it for reference's sake. "Ah, Silvertip. It is a good mountain," she said, making recognition clear to Zaria but withholding the details of why this was so for now. Amekaze had spent a share of time there as a loner, although she had actually favored the nearby Gryfalcon's Keep. The mountain offered good hunting grounds though, even for a loner, so to know a pack settled there made sense.
Nevertheless, it seemed Zaria had no answers on the grasslands pack's demise but she shed a little light on their culture. Of bison as gods, their golden plains as sky, and khal their alpha. Some of it was still confusing, while other pieces did make sense. She hummed softly. "Mm, maybe you are right.. and it was murder then. If the bison are well, which they seem to be from here, I would not think they would want to move on." Her thoughts on it, that was, but they were nothing concrete. They would be good hunting for the winter if they stayed nearby. Any pack would consider it valuable. "I have seen nothing to suggest a cause so far. To me, the pack seemed to disappear as quickly as it had appeared.." She'd barely known where they'd come from. "But, I had only known of the pack from others.. never from very close on my own," she admitted.
The note of the khal being her father was one point that posed questions. The earthen-toned girl seemed perhaps a touch sad about it if the mountain alpha could assume based on her tone. Perhaps there was sorrow in the separation, but Amekaze didn't pry.
