Golden Glade that's not the first time someone has broken my feelings stick.

Fin had been happy as crap to accept the invitation to go visit with her newest batch of grandbabies. She'd been thrilled (and a little smug, let's be real) to hear that her daughter had decided to move her family back home. She had been toying with the idea of going to visit, but her own litter had still been rather young. Now that they were out amongst the adults at the rendezvous site, it gave her the freedom to be able to take this trip, even though her pups had been rather vocal about their displeasure over their parents leaving (or in the case of some of their litter, the displeasure was over being left behind).

Her hip had been a bit of a bitch on the way, but all in all, Finley was still ready to take on her grandkids by the time they'd arrived. Liffey had told them a bit about the kids on the trip and apparently she and her mate had created a couple of Blackthorns this time. Which is to say, a couple of pains in the asses. Finley was thrilled.

"You make it sound so boring," Fin teased as Liffey finished calling to her bunch. She smirked as she lifted her own voice to summon them in a more enthusiastic/intriguing manner. "Oi, littles! Come test your might against the strongest, toughest, most bad assest--" Mother!! "--wolf around! The indomitable, the formidable... Grandpa Elwood!!" Because until she saw just how big they were at this point, Fin wasn't inclined to set herself against them just yet. She gave him a sweet little smile.
