Elfie stole a wary glance at the tall, dark male that seemed a lot bigger and scarier now that he was so convinced of his own insignificance. He passed him quickly with head hung low and tail tucked tightly against his belly and eased up only, when he had left the two Diaspora wolves behind and was in the silent company of Maegi and her mate.
He followed them diligently to the place, where the other two decided to rest, and once there, curled up in a tight ball and fell in a dreamless sleep.
