Now that she and @Collision had come to Kaistleoki, she excused her guard to go ahead and explore the riverside pack while she took the time to go and bathe in the river. They were in friendly lands after all and she felt comfortable without him hovering around close by 24/7. With some distance between herself, @Hime, and @Takeshi, Reiko could for the first time in what felt like a long time... truly relax.

Though she felt guilty leaving the Empire for what she planned a few days, with Ibis there, she was confident that they would be fine until she returned in two days. She simply needed a few days for herself... to unwind before the chaos of home got to her. With the water warmer as spring began to warm up, it almost felt like summer and the winter born Empress found solace from the heat in the cool waters of the river she had once called home.
