Heph replied with a smile and a slight nod towards both wolves before she made her way northward away from the Heartwood and where the pair would presumably head off to. She had no desire to stick around and play nice with Dreven when she could meet Atka alone later and if Atka believed the brute would take care of her then Heph would put her faith in the small white wolf. Later she would see if he had stayed true to Atka's assumptions and his professed intent. Besides she had information to gather, places to go, and things to think on.

She was in no rush to say goodbye to Atka but the prolonged torture of a farewell was painful in its own way so she moved with an easy gait over the land that would take her away from the place she had promised to one day return. Her lips quirked, promises in themselves might weigh a wolf down but she had no intention to accumulate too many of them.
