Two Eyes Cenote waltz

tiye had only recently opened her eyes, albeit reluctantly, and already she wishes to see more. when she wasnt looking at the sedimentary mounds who sometimes dared to approach, (even after she's shown them her ferocious fangs!) she was looking to a brightness up ahead. sometimes, she would see dark, tall figures pass through and even enter the nursery. but only one brought milk: mama!
the others were still strangers to her. none brought milk, so she held little interest to get to know them.
little tiye has learned that there is only one mama, and that puts her above all the rest.

now, the babe wriggles away from the warmth of the bed. all the while wailing and what could be howling if not restrained to the windpipes of the cub — for what? not even she knew.
