The Deadly Dream

Death was nothing she was a stranger to, however she could not imagine just embracing it so easily. There had been moments in her life where she had been reckless but Amekaze was convinced she would fight for her dying breaths -- not that they would look like this, crawling to a stranger's mountain and leaving it at that.

Exhaling a slow sigh, she watched the wolf tremble before her, even without her putting on an overly imposing show. Amekaze could bristle far mightier than this, and even with nothing more than a low growl, she reacted as she did. But, perhaps that meant she was not as dead as she could be. "Why seek death, of all things?" she asked, taking care to show her teeth as she came ghosting closer to the small wolf. Here, she could really feel their size difference in full, and she wondered if she would shirk away from her presence. "That hopeless? No dreams?" Nothing? The alpha's minty eyes glanced over her neck, hidden beneath her chocolatey-dark fur would be the end she so evidently welcomed; it wouldn't take much effort on her part.

"You are too pitiful. Leave this mountain," she stated, close.. letting her have the chance to get gone while it lasted. It would either be death, or on her own. Amekaze snarled, teeth snapping with finality; she wanted to be done here, so regardless of the words or action, she would see to it -- either by chasing her until she was out of sight, or dead. Whichever managed to come first.
