Things were spinning out of control inside of her. She felt like she was falling, and falling, like it had no end to the depth underneath her. She hadn’t felt hysteria before, but this was the closest thing she ever came to it. Her thoughts and ideas were turning her mand for now, yet nothing on her demeanor had changed. Her gaze was as cold as ever, her body showed nothing but a war machine. A shield maiden guided by the cry of battle.

She sought her out. The only one who understood the terrors she had seen, the other one who had been to war and come home without a whole heart. Had War never seen battle she would have been a different creature, a creature of wholesomeness, kindness. It wasn’t meant to be. War had seen battle, too many of them for now, too many to count.

She found @Nyra, she looked upon her and her eyes said one thing only. Spar with me. She uttered no words but readied herself. Continue to become stronger. A promise she could keep, a promise she had all intentions of the world to keep. She took a strong stance and waited for Nyra to agree to the spar, waited for her to come at her and expected no words, expected nothing but Nyra’s next move. She had to close her mind, stop the spiral of thoughts and madness within.
