She was probably watching him about the same way he was watching her, both curious how the other would act now that a little time had passed.  Treason normally was pretty chill about  everything, calm and about as visually emotional as a rock.  The epitome of calm.  There was no denying she was brighter-eyed and curious, and there was a certain amount of intensity. But this was also Treason.  It was more like a dull glow.

Treason  slowed to a stop near him with a few catlike flicks of her tail.  She dipped her head in a greeting, then canted it towards him, curious again, Mmhm.  Well, going to be.  Suppose I can tag along with yours?  Not really much of a question, though.  Unless he suddenly started wanting to be solo, she'd tagged along on enough patrols that it seemed like just a formality.  He could always surprise her, but that would make for a short thread.

Even though his agreement  to her plans meant that she was probably allowed some more freedom to be a little annoying, that didn't mean she was keen to make the first move to do so.  What would he do?  For a wolf really not afraid of much, she certainly was pretty hesitant about some things.  Whether it was the inexperience of youth or just the fact she was socially cautious, she wasn't exceptionally sure of what she wanted to do.  Well, other than game.   That part was obvious.
Arbiter is often not a nice person and will think mean things without acting on them.
If you aren't sure whether her snarky thoughts might be readable, just ask!  IC≠OOC
