haunted he was, as well as prepared; illidan trusted nobody. the wolves on the cliffs had caused enough harm to his body as well as his psyche to leave him with little humanity to spare for anyone else. the thought that he was being harassed by this brute when he was nowhere near the scent of claimed land was absurd, and he was not prepared to let it slide. close enough wasn’t close at all if he couldn’t even smell the bastard’s piss on the terrain. the young ghost was going to make it clear that he wasn’t budging because of some brute’s territorial nature.

“eat crow; i’m nowhere near your turf. you need to lay off the oysters,” the hooded youth snapped back with a violent curling of his dark lip over his fangs. as if to say that he was not eligible for bullying, the ghost drew his head upward and straightened his shoulders to show the taught muscle of his frame. he did what he could to hide the lacerations he had received from the wolves of drageda.
