All Welcome
dagon task: show another member of the pack how to defend themselves against an attacker.

the morning was cloudy, the sun beginning it's ascension in the horizon — though the dark forest blocked most of it out, the rough estimate of the sun's position not super important but known because of his patrol earlier when it'd just begun cresting over the horizon. the task given to find his way into the known tier had admittedly came as a bit of a surprise especially given his conversations with two of the three leaders. he had yet to meet ramsay on any official official level but he nevertheless he hadn't expected his candidness with where he stood with them to be ...rewarded.

he polishes off the fox he'd been eating, casting a glacial glimpse at the ravens that perched on the branches of the trees that towered above him. he walked away from the corpse, leaving it unburied for them to pick what they wanted from what was left of it. with his task at the forefront of his mind, wintersbane heads back towards the borders upon the belief that it was a good place to start looking for someone to train.

Ramsay was patrolling as usual when he came across the burly northerner frequenting the borders. It was impossible to tell from Wintersbane's physique that there was any mixed blood in him at all; he seemed very much a purebred wolf, which was good, because Ramsay didn't much like hybrids. He thought of coyotes as filthy creatures and didn't understand why any wolf should stoop that low.

Anyway.

There was Wintersbane in all his frosted blue-grey glory, and Ramsay the dwarf felt weirdly inadequate in comparison, but didn't let it show. He wasn't unaware that his sister had had a less-than-pleasant conversation with Wintersbane, although he didn't know the specifics. Ramsay liked to know things, but not in so much detail. He hefted his figure and pressed onward, refusing to allow these thoughts to show on his face, and stopped just shy of the man's path before calling out a soft, good morning.
