Well, her sister wasn’t anywhere near here. Was a damn shame, because even @Vyn would appreciate the view she was getting on this bluff. Wasn’t the water below, or the hills that were close enough to be easily snatched up as they flew so low. No, Valkyr was scoping out this ass in front of her, and every switch and sway it did as this girl kept walking. But she knew this ass. Wasn’t her sister’s lavish and manicured rump. Nah, this was-

So you think you cute enough to walk all by yourself, huh @Vanity?” She barked with her smartass voice in the wind, confidence blowing through every single word that spit out from her smirkin mouth.

Valkyr wasn’t even remotely aware that @Julep was nearby, nor nearing her casual greet to a friend of many months.

“And what’s that supposed to mean?”

Vanity knew she was being followed. Showed off to the lavish Valkyr what a body she had primed and honed.
She snorted at the comment, "Your fat ass would spoil the view of me, querido." The woman laughed, turning to face her friend with a shit eating grin. Unlike her travel-mate, Vanity knew there was someone else close by. She just waited for them to make their appearance known to Valkyr.

She'd missed the woman. Her and the sister. The pair were formidable; adding vanity into the mix made them chaotic conquerers ready for the world. She wished she'd met them sooner. "Took your time, eh? I've already made friends." Her tail waved, showing her teasing to Val. Typical of her showing up now.

on her way back to Rusalka Julep took the long route all in pro of not straying too far from the coast. It took her upwards, way above sea-level over a long wall of rock against which the waves crashed fiercely, just the way it did in Dragoncrest. And just like Dragoncrest did she get the best view of the rocky islands far into the sea, the islands she so fondly remembered from her time with The Nereides as a child, which although it was short, it had made a huge impact in the development of the young tigress. She'd become the kind of woman that she was because of them.

Such kind was the sort that enjoy the company of females, rather than that of the gross and dull men that she'd been pestered by ever since. So when she came across the two fine looking goddesses at the edges of the bluff she was most ecstatic to join their merry conversation. Careful there! she barked from a distance as she made her way to them, You two are way to fine to die crushed against those rocks, she mused, looking down the cliffs and back to them with a smirk, all in the name of peaceful greetings.

She came to a halt just before the fellow tomgirl turned with a quip just as sharp as her own. A snort punctuated her shortly barked ‘Ha!’ before her own response followed up. “Oh you can keep that taco-paco shit to yourself okay? I’ve had enough tryin to decipher shit for one day. Including why you still piss squatting.” The feisty Reigns hadn’t actually seen Vanity pee- but when they were kids, Valkyr was the only one who pissed like a boy- and they had poked fun at her for it! Old grudges never died, it seemed. But she owned it now- before she was just a Lil kid.

It was then the bulky bitch heard a voice not scamper to em, but something strong, almost like a mom on steroids but without the annoying ass pleas inside. Skeptical, and always at the ready to start some shit, Valkyr started moving closer to Vanity. Shit, she already knew who she was rumbling with.

Rocks let you know when they gonna smash your ass- wolves don’t.” Her tan chin tilted up, sizing up this woman who swaggered to them with less ego and more or less something... what? Strong? Dunno, but she wasn’t no weak meek bitch. Girl had some confidence.

Who are you?

Vanity had long gotten over Val's stigma over her mother-tongue. She'd just learned to point out all the shit she had going on with her -- like cocking her leg like a damn dog and flashed the world her nether regions. Not that she was opposed. She just barked a laugh, shaking her head.
Once she'd tried to explain herself before, then came to the realisation that it was an uphill battle. It always was with the bitch.

She turned to face the woman that had been wandering closer for some time now, her tail instantly rising but waving softly. Whereas Valkyr lept to aggression, Vanity tested the waters first and tried to be nice. She needed to build a pack for her advantage, there was no point snarling away allies.
Vanity's first impression of the newcomer was power. She exerted confidence, but much a different way to Val and herself.
She kept silent, waiting for a response with the soft wave of her tail and a cheerful gleam to her gaze.

Cold much? Julep stared down at the pair, hardly giving away any signs of her confidence dying down despite their clear austerity towards her visit. There was no need for salty comments, Julep was here to make friends (or something of the sort). But sometimes she was just as much a snarky bitch as whatever came at her, and she couldn't help her tongue.

Her salty ass is totally sea-born. Tell me I'm wrong. she said with a smile, addressing the dark coated one and stopping her advance just paces away from the two girls. She liked their fire already, or at least the tan one's fierceness. You don't need to fantasize about me smashing your ass just yet, sister, she then said to Valkyr You gotta earn that she added with sass.

The name's Julep she said then in response to the woman's request for an identity. My pack is down those woods, she said pointing towards the sentinels up north.

Van hadn’t said anything, just stood there lookin like a fine piece of ass you had to beg before tappin. Valkyr kept herself somewhat firm in the situation, but Julep’s words came for her whole life. Wasn’t aggression or hostility she was strutting- it was just a plain ‘okaaaay bitch’. “Nah I’m from hotlands, hun. Sands and tumbleweeds.” She didn’t bother insulting her back just yet, considering she just thrust herself right in between the broad addressing Vanity. But the second half came, and- well, she shut up. A snort was all that left her lips at the eventual pass, and she shook her head with a clearly smartass grin on her maw. She liked this Julep girl.

She turned to Vanity on the local point of the pack this Julep was mentioning, and she silently offered Vanity the choice of revealing they were just turds rolling in the wind, or bluffing their own shit through and through.

Vanity only laughed, "If you wanna know somethin', get it from the fox's mouth. She's just salty from her Alpha-male persona." She flashed a mischevious, shit-eating grin to the pair she'd learn to call Family.
Her ears tipped forward, her expression changing to accommodate the suave glint it held, taking a soft, non-intrusive step forward. Perhaps she'd take Julep's challenge to earn that ass-smashing.

"Name's Vanity. That bitch is Valkyr." She inclined her head to her friend with benefits. She vaguely knew of the pack's location and nodded slowly. "Came from far south."

Tumbleweeds? No wonder she had a temper. Julep had never been too far south but she was very familiar with its people. These two were a prime example. And what are you doing so far north, then? one thing she knew about southerners was that they did not like the cold, and in some seasons Teekon wilds was a cold as it gets.

She would heed Vanity's counsel not to take Valkyr too seriously, but for now what she really wanted was to see if there was potential in them other than by looks. I'm guessing it's not just for the view, despite how breathtaking it was. no, these two had a history, and Julep was about to get it out of them.

A puff of air passed through Valk's lips, fluffing out in a sound that was clearly humoring Vanity. Like that goddamn grin and round ass was stopping Valk from throwing paws with her lil smart ass. A roll of eyes rusheed through that mess before Julep's question threw a comment from her lips. "Minding our damn business; not that it matters. Old news doesn't catch the hare". The realness of the sentence sounded harsh, but the delivery of it to Julep was less than harsh; it was clear Valkyr wasn't too hard on the new woman, no more. Not necessarily as close as another sister, but she wouldn't be as rude to her as she would a different stranger. Might even help her get a shack or something to stay in.

Vanity shot Valkyr a look. God damn she said they were up here to make a pack but is she was gonna be so frosty it was going to be costly.
"You remember that conversation we had?" She hissed bumping Val with her shoulder. The pack they'd planned and had trekked all the way north for the perfect place to make it.

This Julep knew the land better than the pair of them and they needed numbers for the pack. A stable leadership, stable foundation. "You enjoy that pack of yours?" If Val and Van could get her to part from the pack, the trio, add on Vyn and they'd be away.
