Habe a weird angst, lost girl
Hell, how long did an injury like this take to heal? She had used different herbs but it seemed that she did not understand how to make them stay in the wound, wetting leaves did not work and if she tried salt water again there was no doubt she would scream once more. How she had not waken the whole world with that sound she did not know but maybe it wasn't as loud as it felt. The wound in question was healing but slowly, any turning of her head or neck reopened the unscathed middle. If she tried to speak, the scab in the deepest part would crack open and leed. If she laid on her stomach she found that she moved too much and would wake up in pain with blood matted to the floor amd herself, if she opened her jaw in any fashion or form. Well you get the idea, the pirate woman had done a number on her. The choke out had been more than just a simple wound but a tear that worsened by her own slack body as she dropped from the lack of oxygen.

Her heart took the brunt of it, how could she face her mothers when she had lost her brother? How would they take the news when they were both due to deliver their second round of children? She stayed away because of the emotions that sliced through her heart, the pain she felt in her heard and throat. She just felt useless at that moment, hell, she couldn't even bandage her own injury correctly!

Once again, in the foolish hopes of after finding one long lost sibling, he'd find the other.
He moseyed on towards the plateau, hoping to see more than what he would just on the cliff edge.
It didn't seem too hard to climb from this side.

It may seem he'd struck something by coming up the Caldera because the soft tang of blood hit his nose.
A wound, most likely. Was it friend, foe, or beast?
He picked up his pace, more intent now.
If this was an injured animal he could take it back to Rusalka to feed them.

Alas, his nose was not yet trained enough to recognize the scent of a wolf's blood yet, so when he happened upon a girl cloaked in the same tones as his back was, he was mildly surprised.
As he stealthily approached - which was a bad idea on his behalf - the girl dropped down.
His ears flattened, then perked again with concern.

He chuffed, moving closer to investigate.
"Need help?" He didn't know shit about medical needs, only that they needed to be treated. And from the ghastly slash on her neck, she needed some real help.
But if she denied it, he'd have to come up with plan two.

Droplets stained the ground at her feet, nothing too life threatening but it was her own fault in moving her head to fast. She was the quiet one and yet she wanted to scream, howl out her frustration and pain but that would cause more damage.

Instead she laid on the ground, debating on what she should do, where she could go. A voice came, startling her enough to make her give a painful yelp. Oh man, that hurt like hell! She gave to one who spoke a soft smile that was clearly filled with pain from the sound she had made, without words she nodded in response to his question before replying in a cracked and hushed voice. "Yes please."

Blood dripped from the girl as he startled her.
He should've called from further back, but he wasn't sure from back there.

He dipped his head apologetically, moving closer as she smiled, seeing it as an invitation.
He looked at the wound, he'd not seen such thing before.
His was bad, but not this bad.

She was in a lot of pain, he could see - -and hear -- that. He needed to get her back to Rusalka. Erzuile would know what to do and he'd do everything she told him to do.
"I'm from Rusalka. Come on, we can help you." Rowan was completely oblivious to the girl's heritage. And he had no clue what to do right now, but would hopefully learn something one day.

He gave her a smile, probably to reassure her so she gave her tail a few thumps on the ground. Her wound was not infected yet, lucky for her knew her way are herbs. It was trying to administer something to her own throat, trying to push herself to not feel the pain.

Before he spoke she finally realized where she had smelled his scent before, it wasnt him she was recognizing but home. Oh. Then he confirmed her suspicions, her smile dropped for a brief moment before it returned. "am also from there, I 'avent returned 'cuz.. I lost my brothar" she stopped trying to hide her accent that was not as thick as he mother's but was there to flavor her voice. If that was not a giveaway to the fact she lived there, well then nothing was. That was when she finally moved her tired body off the ground to follow him.

His head tilted, the air between them seeming to sink like a ship taken by a storm.
He soon found out what was wrong, though.
"It's ok, I'm sorry for your loss. I lost my brother too." He smiled softly, his tail slowly waving to show to her she wasn't alone with this.
Rowan had come to terms with the fact his brother was dead.

But he could tell instantly she was Erzule's daughter. She didn't look too much like her, more like Rosalyn if he had to bet on it.
He may never know that she was his half-sister.
He moved to help support her should she need it, standing beside her, ready to be leaned on. She was very tired and rather disheveled.

"I'll help you home," he promised. He suspected she was Scarab's sister but didn't want to ask now. All he cared about was getting her medical attention.

Was he dead, her brother? Perhaps he was, maybe it was best to think of him that way. After all, that woman was not kind and she had injured him already. Tortured him. She shook her head lightly to rid the image, of how helpless Reyes had looked right before the darkness took her vision. "'m sorry for her loss as well." She whispered as she began to lean on him, a sigh coming from her lips with a pained hiss. Her thought was not her only injury but it was the only one that had refused to close.

"It's no longer mah home, I.. I caun't face them." she spoke softly but still followed him, this should be fun.
