Dogfish, one of the pack mates he knew the least about. Aside from her sassy attitude, and apparently, resilience.
He was relieved at her return. The pack was in no position to lose anyone else.
She hadn’t returned with Sobeille. But she might’ve learned where she wasn’t. Or potentially where she went.
He brought a fish, a hefty bass carried in his muzzle. He was sure she could eat.
He dropped it at his paws and nudged it toward her. It flopped over unceremoniously.
”Glad yer back safe,” he stated.
