maybe somebody from one of the forming coastal packs?
he traded mountains for the sea in his adventures.
and like that he felt much more at home amongst the wilds he traversed. he hummed a loud, nonsensical tune as he traversed. emboldened by the arrival of the sun, even if the seabreeze cut harsh and cold still.
none of the chills of remaining winter were enough to hinder his spirits!
so he turned his casual stroll into a lively jog, uncertain where the bay would lead him to.

Heph had been exploring the area surrounding the plateau, she quite liked the bay area and the fish that could be found in the tidepools. When the water was clear she could observe them dart about far more easily than in the ocean and it gave her a chance to study them. She had managed to find enough slippery footholds on one of the shorter sea stacks so that she could hoist herself atop it and perch there, listening to the breeze whistle through the edges of the maze and the slap of the ocean waves and the ripples of the tidepools. It also offered a better vantage point of the other stacks and their positioning for when she inevitably had to navigate back.
The wind carried sound well overtops of the sea stacks and she heard a jaunty disjointed tune that drew her attention over to someone going quite a clip. Without removing herself from her perch she tilted her head down to see if she could catch sight of them, calling out "You've a lovely singing voice." Light and friendly in her greeting, a hint of teasing in the playful tone.
