Even if they had crossed paths before in Bracken Sanctuary, it would have been when Mal was a month or two old at most. So he shook his head, Unfortunately not, unless you think they'd go by a different name sometimes? That plus her earlier clue did make him want to mention something else, though, I assume you weren't from the pack that was just near here then? I think that would qualify as a river, not a creek. But if it was them, I think I know where they moved. He also understood that was a long shot -- generally people were good at separating rivers from creeks.
