She wasn't particulary good with pups, and wasn't sure how to deal with them. She seemed satisfied with the bone? Seein how vicious the bone was being bitten, she assumed it was a good play toy, "Like it?" was all she could really muster, to ask the pup... Which Desdemona also wasn't sure, if she was of age to speak.
