Unless she didn't want to be considered cute, in which case he might have just offended her. Ashlar's ears tilted back uncertainly, but he couldn't worry too much before getting the answer to his question.

My mama said that the stars could talk. She used to show me the pictures and how they tell us where to go.He was too excited to remember that a wolf his age probably didn't use the term 'mama', and he was too excited to pause to stutter. He hadn't expected anyone here to know about the stars like that.
