only his love, only his devotion. she did not think of a single other thing through the long expanse of time spent together.
she forgot others existed. she forgot that the moon and stars had not been hung only for their enjoyment. the world did not turn only to give them endless days with each other.
she kissed him again after it all. then daringly slunk into the hot springs that steamed with a promised warmth. the smell did not deter her when the healing from the warm waters promised such sweet relief.
they did not need to go home so quick.
