As he had promised to Rosalyn earlier in the year, he was remaining within the borders of Rusalka more so now than he was when there were no puppies to watch over. That same pull that took him away from their borders had not faded but was ignored a lot easier now that there was more purpose to remain here than before.

Tundra and he were finally one, he had a child here too - something he had yet to tell Tundra, though he was almost confident that it wouldn't matter to her seeing as how Rosalyn and he weren't lovers, and it was nothing but a means to an end - to reproduce. As the rain lightly trickled down, soaking the pale man's overcoat, the fact still remained, he had to tell Tundra eventually.

It wasn't up to him to assume how she might feel on the matter; in fact, it came to him to think that maybe it would have been better if she knew before he had asked her to be his mate.
