Can a game-born pup < 1 year old be a Loner?

vesper is currently 8 months old. i haven't been amazing at keeping up with all of the recent (and v positive!!) changes to game policy.

i'm wondering if she could be titled as a loner for a month or so while i find a place for her organically IC, whether she ends up in an existing pack or decides to create her own. ty!!

Yep, pups of any age can be Loners now! We no longer enforce any sort of death policy even on very young pups.
