She was satisfied and with a slowly waving tail, she chuffed a soft thanks before Floki could leave entirely. Ame was happy with his choice of duty because his effectiveness was certainly noteworthy. Since she had always been one to appreciate skilled scouts (whereas some alphas may have no real use of them), she was quick to favor him for it.

Anyway, after she watched the silver scout go on his way,  she gathered herself up for much the same. On her way past him, she smeared a lingering lick onto Charon's cheek and then loped off in a different direction than the beta.
