With a swipe and a snap, the bushy-tailed vermin was in his jaws, and another crack sent its soul into the netherworld. Still breathing heavily, Phox turned around to go back to the rendezvous site only to find Dingo come careening through the grove. Sidestepping just in time, he managed to avoid a collision.
