Digging her paws into the sand Ira came to a cushy slide, already trying to push against the friction to head back at the painted man. Pinning him would be difficult, but doable. A similar blow to the neck was likey expected. The Count would feign a reach for Hiero's throat, although her actual target was his side. If he was distracted by her fangs she could use her weight to slam into his side and possibly break his stance.
