she opens her mouth to protest -- take who with her? -- but decides against it. she doesn't really need someone looking out for her (in her opinion), but she doesn't want to get into it with nomi over something relatively small potatoes. at least she's learning to pick her battles these days. besides, she can probably force artaax to come with her...
